We Provide Scholarship Awards to Wantagh High School Graduating Seniors
Wantagh Dollars for Scholars® is a nonprofit foundation that supports academic success in our community. As part of Scholarship America's® national network of locally based, volunteer-driven Dollars for Scholars chapters, our mission is to mobilize our community on behalf of postsecondary education success for our students.
Dollars for Scholars chapters like ours help hometown students achieve their educational goals by raising scholarship funds and distributing scholarships each year. Wantagh Dollars for Scholars raises funds principally through an annual fund drive supported most generously by our local businesses, professionals and residents of the Wantagh community. The funds raised are annually awarded to selected graduates of the senior class of Wantagh High School.
Students may apply for the scholarship in their senior year by logging on to this web-site and submitting an application. The applications will be reviewed and finalists selected by the Wantagh Dollars for Scholars scholarship review board.
